Return and Refund Policy
No Cash on Delivery
Marg Satya Jeevan does not offer cash on delivery.
Product Availability
Products not available for dispatch are generally not listed on https://margsatyajeevan.com for sale. However, in some cases, products may not be available for immediate dispatch. Our customer support team shall notify customers of such instances. Customers have the option to wait or cancel the order. In case of cancellation, the following refund rules shall apply:
Refund Process
We take 7-10 business days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the same account used for payment. Refunds cannot be made to any other bank account or credit/debit card.
Refunds are dependent on external agencies such as banks, payment gateways, and external couriers. The timeline for refunds is as follows:
- Debit card/Credit card/Net Banking: 2-4 business days from the refund initiation date
- UPI Transfer: 2-4 business days from the refund initiation date
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable. Once your refund is processed, we will inform you via the email ID used for making the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include damaged and used items.
Return Conditions
- The return process must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The book should be in good condition without any physical damage.
- The book should not be used.
Replacement
A replacement will be provided for damaged or faulty books. If the same book is not available in stock, you can select another item of the same value. We will bear the shipping charges.
